§ 1 Provider

§ 2 Description of services

(1) We provide digital services, in particular information pages (landing page) and – depending on availability – web apps/tools.

(2) We may extend, modify, restrict or discontinue features, especially during beta/test phases.

§ 3 Beta / test operation

If a service is marked as beta/test:

• errors, outages or data loss may occur,
• functionality may change at short notice,
• there is no entitlement to specific availability or functionality, to the extent permitted by law.

§ 4 Registration / user account

(1) Some services require a user account.

(2) You are obliged to keep access credentials confidential and to report any misuse immediately.

§ 5 Permitted use

You may only use the services within the bounds of applicable law and these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• disruptions/attacks on availability or security (e.g. DoS, exploits),
• circumvention of protective mechanisms,
• automated reading/scraping beyond reasonable use, unless expressly permitted,
• reverse engineering, unless mandatorily permitted by law,
• use for unlawful purposes.

§ 6 Content, rights, licence

(1) Content, trademarks, logos, source code and designs are protected by copyright and/or trademark law.

(2) You receive a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of use for the intended purpose.

§ 7 Availability

We strive for high availability but – unless expressly agreed – do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and outages may lead to restrictions.

§ 8 Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.

(2) In cases of slight negligence involving the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 9 Privacy

§ 10 Changes to terms

We may amend these terms if there is an objective reason (e.g. change in law, changes to features). The current version is always available on this page.

§ 11 Final provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) If the user is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
